Scientist Training Programme Open Day : Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust : Wednesday 30 January 2019

An exciting opportunity is open to Science graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher, or Undergraduates due to complete this summer. This is a Postgraduate course for applicants who wish to train to become a Clinical Scientist. 

Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a successful candidate from the National NHS Scientist Training Programme (STP). There are many job opportunities in multiple disciplines across the country.

There will be an Open Day for prospective candidates for the Healthcare Scientist Training Programme at Rotherham NHS Trust in Cardiac Science on Wednesday 30 January 2019 from 9.00 - 12.00.

The open day will include:
  • A general overview of the STP Programme
  • How the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust supports trainees to maximise their training
  • Stands, including poster and departmental information
  • Current STP student and staff representation, to answer questions on specific areas

International Women's Day 2022 #BreakTheBias

  International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. This year we are called upon to  #BreakTheBias . From the International Women's Day 2022 website:  "Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. At SLE research is conducted into future generations of display technology, an area in which Sharp Corporation is a world market leader. The available 12 month placement is for a physicist to join a small and innovative team, part of a larger, inter-disciplinary displays group.
